Emma Smith
One of the younger staff members here at BS Motorsport. Lives at home with her parents in Bicester. Has worked for us as an apprentice technician since October 2017, and like Tom and Scott is now taking part in a classic-car restoration course at Bicester Heritage. One of her stated ambitions is to help to bring ‘girl power’ to a famously male-dominated world, but at the same time she is more than willing to turn her hand to any other task she is given: from bead-blasting engine tinware, to changing the spark plugs in a 993; from refilling the chromate tank, to making the tea. She will surely go far.
